General forcast for November:
Since I first began writing my Horoscope column over two years ago, there has not been a more difficult array of Astrology on record than that which emerges in November. It is no picnic out there now; all I can say is, yikes! The best news is that anyone who can retain his or her sense of humor won’t be overwhelmed by any of this. Where there is humor, there is both God and Hope.
A fixed T-square is the main focus of this months hard asepects, but we can add in the Retrograde Mercury and Squares of a whole stellium of planets in Scorpio to both Neptune and Saturn and this makes for one really challenging Astrological picture. | SAGITTARIUS (11/23-12/22) – There’s a little quiet place away from the storm this month; a few stolen moments around the 20 th when you can mobilize a plan for transformation. Seize the moment and hang onto the optimism it brings. This is real, everything else that takes place this month is temporary. |

PISCES (2/21-3/20) – Try not to over promise, and make sure not to over extend the good graces or resources of yourself or others. Some things can only be stretched so far, and even a rubber band has its breaking point. Facing the realities of a situation allows for reasonable – and doable – solutions to emerge. |
| CANCER (6/23-7/22) – The Fixed Moon Cycles this month (Taurus Full Moon Nov 5 and Scorpio New moon Nov 20) mean that you are also tightly wrapped in the conflicts. You watch as individual financial interests dissolve around the 5 th and group/community concerns emerge around the 20 th . Your time is well spent focused on the new group oriented values and letting go of the outmoded ones. |
LIBRA (9/23-10/22) – Unbelievably, the world going mad might provide you with the means to step up and play Hero. But don’t forget that every Hero has his kryptonite. As long as you can remember to protect that kryptonite prone weakness, you may actually be one of the few who can successfully stand up against injustice now. |
| TAURUS (4/21-5/21) – You are at the opening of this month’s T-square, or more to the point your mere presence represents the tip of the iceberg. When you feel people and outside forces pulling (forcefully) in opposing directions – now you know why. Your mission is to inject a dose of practical values and common sense into the mix. Why do they call it common sense when only you possess it? |
VIRGO (8/23-9/22) – Like Gemini, it’s good to remember that a point of view is important, but sometimes it needs to be reviewed. Take as much time as you need this month to review and revise your perspective, point of view, values and fixed positions on things. In the face of contradictory evidence, a review or facts is a very healthy approach. |
| GEMINI (5/22-6/22) – The Mercury Retrograde isn’t so bad by itself, it’s all the warring and opposing mudslinging that makes you want to run and hide. Or jump in and wrestle, whichever suits your fancy. Either way, nobody gets to play neutral like Switzerland, and that means that the mud will really get smeared around, but good. |
LEO (7/23-8/22) – You are on two sides of a four-sided fence. It’s enough to confuse anyone. But first and foremost you must figure out where you stand, because, frankly a house divided against itself cannot stand at all. There’s no avoiding these tough choices now, you’re going to have to alienate somebody, but if you stay true to your values you can handle the loss. |
| ARIES (3/21-4/20) – No matter how you might try to escape, this month you are part of an entanglement between forces so fixed and stubborn that they’d put the Rock of Gibraltar to shame. You spend the latter part of the month wrangling impractical dreamers against intractable power mongers. Just as significant are the word games that plague most of mid-month – write it down! |
SCORPIO (10/23-11/22) – Read Taurus. You’re in the opposite boat. Everything is happening right on your doorstep. There’s no place to hide, there’s no disguise to wear and generally there is just no way to do anything except deal with the drama. Those rare Scorpio souls who are talented at transforming situations, rehabilitating breakdowns and generally injecting a little magic into the mayhem may just find a higher calling now. |
| AQUARIUS (1/22-2/20) – The toughest business obstacles you’ve ever faced are likely to show up now. There are just some rules that you’ll not only have to learn, but you’ll have to play by them as well. Family is a huge source of loving support though. Sometimes when what we want isn’t panning out, we learn what we really need. |
CAPRICORN (12/23-1/21) – If ever you needed to keep your humor, it’s now. Playing tough guy is much easier when you can get past defenses with humor. Yes, you’ll have to play hardball. Yes there will be major opposition. And yes, you can make headway, find solutions and overcome obstacles. |
