The What’s up with June? Horoscope

May 31st, 2007 by auracle · No Comments

This month Mercury turns Retrograde on the 16th at 12′ Cancer. He entered his own shadow on May 30th at 2′ Cancer. One strong theme this is likely to bring up is NOSTALGIA. It is also time for the ancient “Secret(S)” to finally begin to be revealed. This also speaks directly to the emerging power of the divine feminine and developing your intuition - you can learn more on my Free Conference Call.

The Retrograde of Mercury often strikes fear into the hearts of Astrology buffs everywhere - but it need not be so! Every planetary motion is useful for something, and this is no different. This particular set of messages are deeply connected to home, family, emotional needs, Mom, apple pie and our dear country the USA - which is aspected by this current movement of Mercury. Expect news about national policy, and it’s leadership - the election curcuit will heat up and stories will change and be re-written at this time. President Bush’s Sun is conjunct the USA’s Sun (which is one of the reasons for his inexplicable hold over popular opinion), so he is likely to be in the News a lot - as will fellow early Cancer Tom Cruise. One strong theme this is likely to bring up is NOSTALGIA - Mercury Retrograde is always a little nostalgic, but in Cancer it is amplified a hundred times. We really love our Amercana at times like these and cultural icons tend to reach peak status: think Norman Rockwell paintings, Hunter S. Thompson books (a Cancer), Levi’s, old cars, WW2 era stories and those of loyalty and honor, as well as picnics, home improvements and all things of ‘American Classic’ status. And don’t forget, old friends and lovers (and sometimes enemies) often show up with this aspect.

At the end of the month there are a few aspects that are tough on relationships, so some will break up at this time. Also this month Uranus turns Retrograde at 18′ Pisces on the 23rd. This should impact TV, computer industries and other tech fields, as well as public services and utilities, like electricity. And on the 25th the Saturn - Neptune opposition peaks in power again. This combination should be lethal to any wounded electronics or limping technologies/systems. This week could see thier demise. Oops, it’s time for a new washer/refrigerator/computer or bio-diesel vehicle; you get the idea. But don’t blame it on Mercury - it’s not his fault. As they say, don’t shoot the messenger!

Don’t forget to sign up for a free teleconference at www.7magickeys.com

aries - You are in serious ‘get the business handled’ mode this month, so it should be very productive for your tangible plans and goals. Areas of communication and/or technology and the media are likely to be more than a little unpredictable this month, so try to keep you cool. Mid-month you are uniquely able to get what you want, when you want and from whom you want it, so speak up and ask for it (just make sure that you really know what it is that you DO want).

taurus - Hold the course is your motto this month, because you know that in order to accomplish something you will have to focus on only ONE thing at a time. Communicating your values, speaking your truth and expressing who you are must all be part of the package now, and allows you to use the law of attraction successfully mid-month. At the end of the month you may need to play hardball, be tough or deliver unpleasant truths, but it takes a diamond to cut through a diamond - and both require pressure to exist.

gemini - Mercury Retrograde in your Solar 2nd house is all about money, finances, values and personal security as well as creature comforts and sensuality. It all boils down to personal values and now is the time for an evaluation of them to see if they are reflected accurately in your outside world. Remember, physical is just a result of the mental, emotional and spiritual levels. A clear look at what’s actually happening allows you to make the appropriate changes.

cancer - Teaching, learning and information is the main theme of the month for you. For the first two weeks you need to find what philosophies, schools, publishing ventures or ideas, aren’t working for you anymore and let them go. Then after the 14th it’s all about finding ways to use words and sales to increase your magnetic power and ability to mesmerize, hypnotize and sythesize the dreams and visions of others.

leo - The Sun in Gemini is your friend and stimulates you to no end. You may find yourself focusing on ways to increase sales or launch a marketing campaign early in the month, which keeps you busy. The Retrograde of Mercury in the ‘unconscious’ creates a flurry of activity with dreams and messages from the unknown. Writing about it and keeping a dream journal is just one useful way to capture this wisdom. There is no doubt that your higher self and personal angels are trying to make contact with you now. “Knock, knock, anybody home…?”

virgo - Social goups, technology, politics and any undertaking related to the ‘masses’ in some way will require a great deal of review and occupy your entire month. If you are launching a large-scale plan you should just expect to change and review and rewrite and redo it again and again all month long. Next month the real progress begins. The good news is that all this re-do-ing creates a solid and long lasting foundation.

libra - You may want to start the month by taking an inventory of what you have and assesing your talents, abilities and assets. This will give you an accurate idea of where you stand in the world at large and will be extremely helpful when you are able to make a list of what you need mid-month and then draw it right to you. The end of the month is the time to make the brutal cuts and release dead weight.

scorpio - You are one tough (fruit juice sweetened) cookie. This allows you to be your absolute best during the greatest times of challenge. Around the 11th you can successfully marshall the powers that be around you to release your sacred power of destruction as a tool for leveling your playing field and preparing for the profound and infinite rebirth and regrowth to come.

sagittarius - One of the most undervalued principles in the universe is that of clearing and release. You, however have that principle at your disposal for the first two weeks of the month. Cleansing, clearing, releasing and letting go all have great value and significance in the scheme of life. At this time for you it is nothing less than a personal rebirth - which is the foundation for all good relationships to come.

capricorn - It will last just as long as you wish it to last. No matter what it looks like, it is actually you who has the power to decide the longevity of the question - and relationship - at hand; not to mention all the candidate(s) who are waiting in the wings. This requires you to take a deep look at what you really want. Questions about partnership loom larger than ever when their behavior or circumstances become even more erratic than usual. At the end of the month you must really decide - is this what you want?

aquarius - A current fascination with how to increase your reach and expand your influence right now nearly excludes everything else on the table. Your nose is not just to the grindstone, it has practically turned into the grindstone. Please, please remember to take a break and run around the block a few times. Restricted energy (Mars) will release somehow, and it is much better to be the one in charge of how that happens.

pisces - Reviewing what you have to say (or publish) and how you need to do it is a necessary part of your process - and now more than ever it takes center stage. Is travel involved? Philosophy? A unified theme is needed, or else how can you hope to marshall the forces available? A leaky boat always sinks. Remember, competition is healthy and brings out the best of what we have to offer.

Astrological Signs For An Easy Relationship Using The Moon

May 30th, 2007 by auracle · No Comments

If we are just starting a relationship, how can we know how it will go? How can we be sure that we are not wasting our time with the wrong person because they are on their best behavior and the dream date turns into a nightmare later?

As human beings we all have certain needs for a relationship, but there is one desire that almost everyone has — a long lasting relationship with someone who means a lot to you. These days, it is hard to find that certain person with whom we click, someone who we can know we can get along with over a long time period.

You can tell a lot about two people through a comparison of your own astrological birth patterns versus the other. By getting the guidance of a competent astrologer, you can single out a good match better than eHarmony.com can — and a lot quicker.

The first thing to look for is the placement of the moon in both charts. The two moons’ relationship will determine how comfortable each person is with each other. It also has a major influence on the ability to live together in a daily routine. This is important, as all those in intimate relationships eventually live together.

What? You feel like going out and they want to stay in? You want fast food and they want a home-cooked meal? These problems can be avoided altogether by checking to see if your moon is in a compatible sign with the other.

One thing I have found consistently is that if you and your partners’ moon are in the same sign, you will definitely feel more comfortable with each other right off the bat (barring any major difficult aspects between the two charts). Even for those who have other problem areas in the relationship, both people will generally be on the same schedule. You’ll both generally be in the same mood for the same thing at the same time.

Moon signs that get along together naturally are as follows:

AIR SIGNS: Libra, Gemini, Aquarius
WATER SIGNS: Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces
FIRE SIGNS: Aries, Leo, Sagittarius
EARTH SIGNS: Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn

Air likes Fire and Water likes Earth, as well. These particular combinations I just mentioned (Air-Fire, Water-Earth) are helpful and positive, but don’t have the burst of energy that the above combinations have.

Sometimes it is better that way. A burst between Fire signs can cause a fire that is hard to put out and may get out of control. Or it can go the another way, as Earth signs in an easy relationship may be too dull and need outside stimulation, be it a person or an activity, to become excited about their life.

Usually you have to know how to read an ephemeris (a chart of planets daily positions) or have someone draw up your chart to get your moon sign because the moon moves so fast and there are time zones and birth times to consider. But if you want to do it yourself here is a site online called Astrodienst that is easy to use and gives free charts: http://www.astro.com/horoscopes/ahor.asp. Click on “Chart drawing, Ascendant.” When you get your horoscope you will be looking for the symbol of the moon, which looks like a crescent, like a quarter moon.

It is not so much the sun that rules our lives, but the moon, which reveals the day-to-day activity and habit patterns. The sun sign may show how much strength and stamina we have to contribute to a relationship, but in the end, partnerships will be supported or broken by the placement of the moon, the one who adapts and nurtures so that everything works.

Astrology + Anime = Who Knows???

May 28th, 2007 by auracle · No Comments

Ok, I’ve been a big fan of Anime for a long time. In case you don’t know, Anime is a Japanese cartoon style of animation that has a huge underground following. And since I am closely tied to the film community here in LA, and since Anime is often borrowed upon in filmmaking - I have become a big fan of it.

Any of you who watch the TV show Hero’s should know that that show owes a great debt to Anime, which is where it gets a lot of it’s style elements. Anime is different from ‘Marvel’ style comics in a few ways, one of which is the drawing style: notably big eyes, and sometimes oversized mouths or other features. Another is that Anime usually has longer, more drawn out storylines. To take a look at a site devoted to anime you can go to http://animes.anakdatuk.com/2007/05/16/wordpress-auctionads-widget/. This site is pretty devoted to tech, but that’s not unusual in the world of Anime - Cartooning and computer tech is often done by the same people.

Anime Cartoon Character

I once had a boyfriend who brought me back a pair of ‘Astro Boy’ socks from Japan!

You can see an actual anime episode by clicking that link. Wikipedia says about Anime: “Like any entertainment medium, the story lines represent most major genres of fiction.” But in Japan Anime is completely mainstream and seen everywhere. It is probably a big part of what you think of unconsciously when you think of Japan or Japanese style, whithout even being aware of it.

Since this seems to be the topic of the week; here’s a blog that discusses feminism in Manga. Which certainly seems to fit the Saturn moving into Virgo theme I’ve been discussing. Manga/Anime is often just cartoon porn, which makes it a very debatable subject.

Astrologically, I would assign Marvel style comics to Mars - since they are always about the Hero’s journey and full of fights, and the color schemes are all primary (Mars) colors. Anime in Japan has a lot of these elements as well, and one aspect of it is very sexualized (which is also Mars) but I would ascribe Japanese Anime to Jupiter, because it is more the art of storytelling as a whole. Anime is based on Manga (Japanese drawn cartoons) which are usually primarily done in Black and White. And Stories as well as myths are the domain of Jupiter, and what is more Mythological than a whole style and Genre of storytelling? Ultimately, I would love to find someone who is a digital animator to work on an Astrology project. Any ideas? I’d love to hear from my readers on this, and if you or anyone you know might be able to do something like this, please contact me!

Moe style of Manga/Anime

Thanks.

Saturn Moves into Virgo in September: Medical Trends?

May 26th, 2007 by auracle · 2 Comments

My thoughts on Saturn in Virgo have leaned more towards health issues, disease, illness and the food supply being tainted (here in the US at least). Last fall we had an Eclipse on the US Neptune and that co-incided with the tainted Spinach problem. The March Eclipses (in virgo/pisces) brought us tainted pet food supplies. PETS are a Virgo/6th house matter. I assign agriculture to Pisces, as well as pathogens, viruses and other microbes (not to mention test tubes). You can’t really look at Saturn in Virgo without considering Pisces. Saturn in Leo has certainly had an impact on Aquarian concepts like politics and technology.

In this picture there is a lot of medicine; both good and bad. Medical breakthroughs and medical monstrosities. Once the fight over what is possible - with lifespan increases, stem cells, regeneration of tissues and organs, etc - becomes a reality, then the religious and philosophical debate won’t be far behind. If we here in the US are still debating a woman’s right to choose - how are we going to react once that right to choose takes on a whole new, medical connotation? One that segments of the religious population will vehemently object to. Oh yeah, we’re in for some hot debates! Never mind the ongoing medical nuking of the population by the all-powerful drug companies and the FDA. They have recently been trying to outlaw all alternative or wholistic health care here. We’ll see more of that too.

About Intuition and How You Can Enhance Yours

May 25th, 2007 by auracle · No Comments

Learn to develop you own intuition at my upcoming Psychic Sense Workshop. Learn more at 7MagicKeys.com

Do you believe in synchronicity? Do you believe in ESP? Have you ever felt a strong hunch?

Have you had that eerie feeling that something is about to happen, and to your surprise, it eventually translated to reality?

Welcome to the world of intuition! This is when you feel strongly about something without logical explanations. All shamans have a developed sense of intuition and it enhances thier life in many ways. Here are the types of intiution…

Intuition comes in three impressions: clairvoyance or “the third eye”, sensing clearly, and feeling through listening.

Clairvoyance refers to the capacity to see beyond what others see. This is when you are able to second guess what is happening somewhere or what is about to happen.

Sensing clearly is what we commonly know as “hunch” or “gut feel.” This is the time when you are overwhelmed with a feeling and you cannot explain it. All you can say is, “I just know.”

On the other hand, feeling through listening or clairaudience is the capacity to “listen” between the lines. Intuition also happens at times when a certain sound, like car’s honk or a bird’s twitting - ushers in an intense feeling.

Some groups argue that women have greater intuition powers than men. Astrologers even insist that people born under the Scorpio or Pisces signs are naturally intuitive. However, studies have shown that anyone can develop intuition.

What go the trouble of unlocking the powers of intuition? What do you stand to gain?

First, intuition promotes better relations. This is so because intuition makes you more sensitive of the thoughts and feelings of other people. This makes you more conscious on how to convey your messages in such a way that you will not hurt or offend anyone. It helps you communicate better, especially with those whom you love, because you are intuitive enough to understand them.

Second, intuition enhances your creativity. Intuition stimulates the release of creative juices as you search for venues for expression. Some intuitive persons engage in painting, writing poetry, gardening, sewing, pursue music or drama, etc.

Lastly, intuition helps you find your authentic self that lies buried through out the years. In this sense, intuition has healing powers. Although not in the physical sense, it allows you to delve deep into your soul to eradicate some negative energy buried in it.

With these reasons, are you ready to develop your intuition? Here are some ways to unlock this gift:

1) Think Good Thoughts

Worry and fear block your intuitive powers. Improve your intuitive ability by cultivating a worry-free and fear-free state of mind. Stay positive in order to attract good energy and enable you to recognize imminent feelings and events.

One of the best ways to attract good energy is to be happy.
Happiness attracts immense power and such power includes intuition. In tapping your intuition, your motivation must be happiness and contentment. Given that premise, intuition will fall to you easily.

2) Trust A Higher Source and Have Patience

Trust that a higher source knows what is best. Trust means believing that you will get it, despite not knowing how. Do not get too stressed about developing intuition. Relax and let it flow.

After letting go of all those things that stop you from thinking and feeling clearly, never expect for an answer right away. Never expect that the “hunch” would fall on your lap immediately. Give it a little time then you would be surprised that you will get your answer in a variety of ways.

3) Believe in your first impressions.

First impressions last. When meeting people for the first time, be observant of what you feel. One time, I introduced myself to a fellow. Upon our initial handshake, I felt a sense of discomfort or dislike towards the person. As it turned out, he duped his business partner before moving on to our neighborhood. Initial impressions are signals to us by intuition.

4) Work With A Certified Hypnotist

Get yourself hypnotized. Our image of old style hypnosis consists of a pendulum moving back and forth. Work with an expert. The internet can be a source of hypnotic programs that can strengthen your intuition.

5) Meditation

Technically, meditation is being in the alpha state. Meditation allows you to find inner peace. Those who are new on this may opt for a guided meditation. There are books and tapes on this topic.

Meditation is a technique to clean the clutter in your mind and heart and unload you of the hurt buried deep within you. A cluttered mind makes it difficult for intuition to come in. There are so many ways to meditate: take a yoga class, or just simply practice some breathing that could bring you straight to Zen.

Intuition is helpful and practical. It can sometimes facilitate the achievement of your dreams and goals. Many find it easier to make decisions when relying on this gift. It can even save lives.

Develop intuition now and reap benefits you have never imagined.

Saturn in Virgo in September: Women’s Pregnancy Issues?

May 25th, 2007 by auracle · No Comments

As for the reproductive aspects of this. Hmm, we do have major fertility and medical wonders at our disposal now. We actually have a web client who is very rich, with a very young and healthy wife. But she’s having surrogates to carry her children so that she won’t lose her figure. Not only that, but they are having them all carried at once! So this means 4-6 surrogates SIMULTANIOUSLY. That could be considered a Leo (5th house) thing, I guess. But still, medically, we could see plenty of that in the coming years. Today, barrenness doesn’t need to stop anyone! But, if anyone is going to have troubles with this - it is Generation X who are now crossing the baby threatening threshhold of 40.

Saturn Moves into Virgo in Sept. Is this why Models are so thin?

May 24th, 2007 by auracle · No Comments

The size 0 thing has been in the US news, but not so heavily as in England where they are at least progressive enough to pass a law against it! But here the ideal is generally more athletic figures. I think England (or is it London) is a Virgo - so it makes sense that the story be big there. We hear about it here, but it is a small percentage of the population who is super interested in it. But we are food loving, overeating Americans!

But since I can’t resist talking about me for a minute…
OK, I have some experience with this that may perhaps be helpful to someone else so I will share this;
Growing up in LA and being pushed into modeling as a young woman myself was certainly not fun. You wouldn’t believe the pressure to be as thin as possible. The whole industry is crazy. Not only that, but in LA at least, being that thin is kind of a protection against getting hit on relentlessly. NOT being that thin is actually sort of like advertising that you are easy… at least that’s how you are treated here. It’s almost like those girls have those super thin bodies to escape from the sexual pressure. And believe me, there are few things more revolting (and vomit-inducing) than having a fat, balding old guy, waving the keys to his Corvette and breathing down your top. THAT will turn you off carbs for life.

So, the Virgo thing, well it’s got a few sides to it, right? In my experience, even though Virgo is the sign of the Virgin, Virgo is often a very permiscuous sign. As one of the negotiation signs, the ease with which Virgo’s can often sleep around has always surprised me. Not ALL Virgo’s of course - but enough of them to make me notice it. So, there is clearly a sexual dynamic to it, and anorexia is about control. So here you have an intense level of control and sexuality working together in Saturn. To me, the issue seems to be about women and ownership/control of their sexual energy.

This ties into a whole host of other female related issues; like abuse, self-image, the ability to get nourishment and support in the world, being self-supporting among other things. Saturn in Virgo brings them all to light; by emphasizing the problem and bringing it to a crisis point. Women all over the world are wrestling with opression to an extreme degree that has never before been seen in history.

Mars and Venus - in da House! Part 2

May 23rd, 2007 by auracle · No Comments

And me, the only thing I have in Aries is Saturn - which can’t be pleasant for all those Aries I’m surrounded with. But they don’t complain. They must need me to keep things in line. It can be hard work too - whew! I learned a long time ago, that in order for me to be attracted to a man he had to have an Aries personal planet (Sun, Moon, Venus, Mercury or Mars). That’s one of the advantages of keeping track of every chart of every guy I’ve ever dated ever. I just gotta respect someone for their get-up and go - or else I’d rather, you know - get up and go.

But It’s not always so easy. Mars is the principle of action and Venus is the principle of attraction. Together they describe attraction between two charts - but not compatability. If they get along then action and desire create beautiful dance steps, music and a generally fantastic adrenaline rush. But they also create a sense of ‘now what’ once the achievement has taken place. Without constant goals and a focus for that adrenaline it can turn destructive. (There’s nothing really destructive about my household - except maybe for the cats attacking my furniture!) So remember, in dating, Mars and Venus are in their element and having a great time. But without a set of long-term goals and accomplishments they will eventually get frustrated and annoyed with each other and move on. You know; it’s the same old story; Boy gets Girl, Boy loses Girl - Boy endlessly leaps through hoops in order to keep Girl and seal the deal! When Mars is activated this is exactly how he likes it (actually he wouldn’t have it any other way.)

Saturn Moves into Virgo this September - What Trends Can We Expect?

May 23rd, 2007 by auracle · No Comments

I like to look at Saturn in terms of the group in society that it’s influencing by transit. In Leo it effected the entire Baby Boom generation … and in Virgo it will be Gen X that gets it. Many in Gen X have Chiron in Pisces. Should have huge spiritual and sacraficial overtones - not to mention medical. It is maybe a little bit echoed by this years Virgo/Pisces eclipse themes. It’s the year of health as I’ve called it in my Astrology Blog.

The skinny model thing that’s been all over the news - you know those size 0 girls - is definitely a Saturn/Virgo subject. Both Modeling and tailoring are ruled by Virgo. I hadn’t given it too much thought, but you’ve also got to consider that during at least some of the Saturn in Virgo time Pluto will be squaring from Sagittarius (it moves into Cap in 2008, then Retrogrades back again). Now THAT’S a truly unpleasant square and it will bring up huge upheaval and revolutionary conflicts of philosophy.

No, I don’t think it will be pretty. We’re in for a lot more storms - both political and ecological which will bring big news stories. Sure the model thing will always interest people as a diversion, but we’re headed for very dramatic times in the next few years. And that applies on many levels. Ultimately this is a time of the emergence of the Divine Feminine - after nearly 2000 years of repression. This I believe is what the essence for the symbolism of Saturn in Virgo. This emergence has already begun and there is a powerful network of unfolding feminine strength that is forming. One aspect of the divine feminine is Kali - the indian goddess of destruction. She is never one to cushion a blow or mince words! She wears a skirt made of mens arms and a necklace made of mens skulls! This is the divine aspect of feminine destruction. While Saturn in Virgo is picky, critical, detail obsessed and very hard on women and wormen’s reproductive issues it is likely to bring women’s issues and problems to the forefront. Also don’t forget that Saturn in Virgo can just as easily mean females as the agents of harsh messages.

The Earth herself is definitely ready to shake off our human opressions. This more than anything else is what we are in for. Saturn in Virgo will bring the concept of Global Warming out of the theoretical and smack dab into the here and now with consequenses we cannot ignore.

Mars and Venus - in da House! Part 1

May 22nd, 2007 by auracle · No Comments

Ok, here’s some crazy symbolism I’ve gotta share with you, because it’s just, well, slamming me over the head!

I am a Taurus (ruled by Venus) I have two cats a brother and sister named, hocus and pocus who I rescued. They are Aries cats (ruled by Mars). Lennie is an Aries. He has 3 cats (I know, that’s a lot of cats - believe me a lot of vacuuming goes on around here!). Whisper and Tristan are Aries brothers, and Bailey is a Taurus. So, our house has 5 Aries and Two Taurii in it. Sometimes I wonder how us mellow Taurus’z make it wid all the Mars action. But then I remember, oh, I’m not really all that mellow. So it all seems fair, I guess.

Not only that but almost half of Lennie’s family are all Aries people. His sister, a niece, a few other distant relatives - and not a Taurus in the crowd. So this leads me to ask myself the question: What is my pathology that I want to be surrounded by all that Marz? (Marz by the way is the nic name of my Pisces Sister in Law). I may as well plop myself right in the middle of the scariest plot twist in Gladiator. Dem Aries all need to have something to conquer! And me, I’m just a luxury and beauty loving Earth girl. (I say this while blinking my long lashes and dropping a hanky.)

Yeah, the whirlwind of Mars intensity can sometimes leave me not knowing what is coming next, but it keeps me on my toes and I am not tempted to fall into a Taurus-like rut of fixedness. My only explanation for why I must like this is my childhood. You know, when all else fails - blame your childhood! But in this situation I am referring to the constant changeability of my early years. Apparently it’s like crack, and now I can’t live without it.

…To be continued…

The Secret about “The Secret” - Is it really Astrology?

May 21st, 2007 by auracle · 1 Comment

The Following article is really an accurate take on this whole “Secret” thing. There’s another secret about the secret too - and that is that if you really want to manifest something you need to keep it quiet and not talk about it. Beyond this there are actually 7 powerful secrets that rule physical existence - but I’ll be posting more about that soon…for now it’s a secret. - Aura

BTW - the absolute FASTEST WAY to put ‘The Secret’ to work for you in your financial life is HERE. The Rockefeller’s knew about it - and clearly they are masters of financial manifestation. Why? Find out here.

The Secret about “The Secret”

The Secret came out as a pay per download and DVD in the spring of 2006, created by an Australian TV producer named Rhonda Byrne. In it she describes how a series of personal issues brought her to a crisis point. She then discovers a book which purports to have the answers to a happy and abundant life. This leads her to investigate other material along that line, which end up stating the same principle over and over — what you concentrate on in your life becomes your reality.

This is not a new concept for the New Age community. It is called the Law of Attraction. In the DVD, the notion is put forth that this is called The Secret because this has been kept a secret by only the wealthy and powerful so as to give them an edge. This may or may not be true, but it is still just the Law of Attraction in a different shiny package.

Getting past the drama, the examples of people successfully using these concepts is very good. There are a number of “teachers” on the DVD who give important information about how to use this concept of attracting into your life that which you focus on, giving almost a step-by-step outline as to how to proceed.

The concept may be nothing new, but the presentation is. It really helps to instill some ideas about abundance that need to be looked at. We as a society are used to seeing things as having limitation. If it is true that by readjusting our belief system that we can bring to us more of what we desire to be happy and fulfilled, then where is the harm in trying?

Those in the medical and psychiatric fields say that there is plenty that could harm. If one were to try to use The Secret to cure them of a disease instead of seeking medical help, this could be a big problem. The psychiatrists state that there could be depression if people subscribed to the notion that they caused their own troubles through their thoughts. People may start to try to use it with the lottery and gambling, as The Secret sounds like the perfect thing for a quick score.

On the flip side, if, as The Secret states, we are always re-creating our reality with our thoughts, then there would be great power in the knowing that whatever was created can be shifted, that fate is actually the way we have arranged our beliefs and shown them to ourselves in the form of such things as money, relationships and health.

Could it be that there is no real norm for existence and that even the medical people’s belief’s align to show them cases that prove their own belief to them over and over because that is what they are focusing on in their reality? Kind of blows your mind. If this is so, it comes back to the individual to experiment for themselves. If we see things from the vantage point of The Secret, the truth is whatever you believe it to be.

Metaphysically speaking, we can only receive when we are open to receiving, and with one more important stipulation: we have to have the sense of strong self-worth. Without that, the self attracts things that mirror the negative self-image. Goods gotten fade away or are never that great to begin with. People in the life still don’t treat us right because we don’t see ourselves as worthy of it. This may be very subconscious and hard to get at.

Then there is the Karmic aspect of things. Our souls come into this life with a lot of baggage as well as a soul purpose. If the purpose of our existence this time around is to learn what it is like to be poor, chances are that we will have to experience that first before we can release that and receive our abundance.

We also bring with us patterns that have been ingrained, sometimes for eons, that make us who we are today and support the learning process that we have chosen for this lifetime. Again, once the lessons are learned in this life it is time to let go of those past patterns and use the concepts of The Secret for added benefit.

The Secret is not the be-all-end-all of spiritual and inspirational teaching. It is one part of the process of self-realization and conscious connection of our souls with the energy that we are a part of; the energy of unlimited spirit; the energy of unlimited abundance; the energy underlying and interweaving all things of this Universe. That’s the secret about using The Secret.

Burn the Question?

May 16th, 2007 by auracle · No Comments

And the Winner is………. Diane! You have just won a Free Report from me (a $49 value). I am confident that you will find information in my report that you have never seen before - this is why I stand behind them so much. But you are still correct that it is impossible for a report to show you the ‘whole picture’ so below I am describing the product that I will be creating. Diane please send me an email at auracle*astrologychick.com (replace the * with @) with 1. your name, 2. birthdate, 3. birth time and 4.location along with the same 4 pieces of info for a partner or potential partner! You’re the winner!
Thank you to everyone who voted on the Astrology Tutorial product! There will be more chances to win great prizes soon!
I will be making it a video, and will do what I can to answer all the questions that I got from you. If anyone still has more to add, please share below in the comments.

**Please note** Because this is a product designed to stand the test of time I cannot go into any forcast or current trend detail. Instead this is focused on teaching you tools for recognizing the trends in your own life. “Feed a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach him to fish and he eats for a lifetime.” It is my intention to teach those who desire it how to eat for a lifetime. Sound good? Please leave your comments below.
I will be creating a video that gives an overview of reading the WHOLE of a chart and seeing the ‘Eagles Eye’ view, since I agree with Diane that too much of it is a bunch of little pieces with not enough total perspective. Here’s what I’ve come up with so far:

*A video tutorial walking you through a free online chart service where you can instantly create your own chart.
*How to think in terms of Astrology Principles - so you can ’see’ the big picture in any chart.
*Recognizing the Geometry that no Astrology Report can ever tell you about!!
*Understanding the different Geometry and what it means to you.
*What combined Geometry means for you with another person or transit.
*Power Places in the chart: Happy Planets and Unhappy Planets
*Capitalizing on times of major life change: The role of the Angles: Ascendant, Midheaven, Descendant and Nadir.
*Knowing when houses are important and when to pay less attention to them.

And probably the most important point of al
