For most of July people are feeling frantic and pressured to get things done, especially in business and finances. There is an insatiable feeling in the air, which isn’t very balanced or moderate. From July 5-16 Mars travels with Saturn playing BAD COP with bad manners, breaking all the rules and a serious tough guy attitude: think Michael Chikles’ Mackey on ‘The Shield’ - you definitely don’t want to be on this guys bad side.
August is Eclipse season again. The Solar Eclipse: 1 Aug 2008 09Leo31 - is tied to Mercury. We can expect to hear major news stories announced on the 1st or 2nd of August surrounding a public or political leader, loss and/or sudden change. Again, this aspect is connected to coups, resignations and assassinations - in Leo, it literally speaks of the King or leader. Because of the aspects of the day I expect there to be lies, cover-ups and misinformation circulating about these events. In this case, don’t believe everything you read.
Then the Lunar Eclipse: 16 Aug 2008 24Aqu21 brings with it a serious mixed bag of Astrological goodies. The Eclipse itself is tied to Neptune and Chiron, triggering their Retrograde degrees. This brings secret information (and previous lies) to the surface, especially connected to the ongoing Mortgage and banking crises.
All though August conflict is at a fever pitch signaling something of destiny at work here where the battle for leadership and business dominance is similar to ‘too many cooks in the kitchen’ and nobody chopping vegetables! At the same time a conflicting picture emerges where Venus joins up with Mercury (again) and Saturn in Virgo as part of a Grand Trine with Vesta and Jupiter; I see this as the phoenix rising from the ashes and putting much needed systems of service, and sustainability into place. It is being called the Eco-Boom and it is where all the money is to be made in the next few years. By now Saturn has finally left his shadow, allowing us all to move past the issues from fall of ‘07 that we’ve still been wrestiling with.
